Fuzzbutt, also known as Fluffbutt, Shadow, Snowball or Pumpkin is the Holloway family cat in 1995.

Personality

During the reunion in 2022 Autumn remarks that Fuzzbutt never liked her. Swann responds positively saying that he did, but he was shy.

Appearance

Fuzzbutt will either appear as a black, ginger or white depending on the name chosen by the player when beginning the game.

History:

1995:

In Tape 1: Chapter 3: Swann Holloway, 1995, Fuzzbutt can be seen sleeping on the chest next to the window. If Swann lies in bed, Fuzzbutt will come and snuggle up with her. Once the tape has finished backing up on Swann's camcorder she will film her first memoir of Fuzzbut. Once the Memoir is completed, he will jump up to the window sill to look at a bird which is sitting on a tree outside.

2022:

In Tape 1: Chapter 1: Expectations, while on the phone to Swann, her mother reminisces on the family cat, asking Swann what it's name was. The player can then choose between Shadow, Pumpkin or Snowy. This will affect the colour of Fuzzbutt throughout the game going forward.

• The name of Swann's cat in the present (2022) will be different depending on the name chosen in 1995. If Swann chose Pumpkin, their present cat will be called Nacho. Snowy - Casper and Shadow - Merlin.
